Today I finally pulled all those ugly worthless weeds from my backyard. I've been so busy and neglected it that it was overgrown and when I saw it today this proverb came to mind:
I went by the field of the slothful, and by the vineyard of the man void of understanding; And,
lo, it was all grown over with thorns, and nettles had covered the face
thereof, and the stone wall thereof was broken down. (Proverbs 24:30-31)
Kobe Bryant is probably pulling his hairs after the Los Angeles Lakers lost last Sunday and it's motivating him even more to get back on the court. After the recent events in Boston people have strengthen and united by running. Thank God, I finally pulled those dang weeds! I need to get back to work myself...
